Fall is here and we’re LOVING ALL THE FALL DRINKS! Especially this anti-inflammatory + beauty-boosting turmeric latte. We’re big on adding (turmeric, collagen, cinnamon, adaptogens, reishi mushrooms, coconut oil, etc) to our everyday beverages.

Something we leaned into a few years ago after reading Natalie Jill’s 7-Day Jump Start (highly recommended for anyone looking to begin an unprocessed diet). So, she went back to school for nutrition and experiments with healthy foods and nutrition tips to nourish your body. As a way to support beauty from within this dairy-free, semi-sweet latte mix uses turmeric and shiitake to help you glow from within. Shiitake is one of the BEST mushrooms for skin, used for centuries to support a healthy glow and overall well-being. We could go on for days about the benefits of turmeric (and probably will at some point!) but topline, turmeric is natural anti-inflammatory that boosts your body’s antioxidant capacity. We love that this mix also has a blend of ginger to warm, black pepper to support the effects of the turmeric, and Tulsi and adaptogen known to help calm (it’s also caffeine free).

How to use:
Here’s how we like to use this nutrient-packed fall staple, in both expected and unexpected ways!
★ DRINK HOT: Mix packet with 1-1.5 cups of your favorite milk. We love almond or coconut! Simply pour into a fall mug and sweeten with maple syrup, or raw honey (we love this one from Beekeeper’s Naturals!) for an added boost!
★ DRINK COLD: We like to use this powder specifically to increase the nutrients in our smoothies + shakes, as a powerful anti-inflammatory. You can add banana, pumpkin, or milk for a creamier texture. For a shaken iced turmeric latte, combine 1 cup of almond milk + this single packet, shake and serve over ice.
★ STIR: Into coconut yogurt, chia pudding, oatmeal or any other base of choice. We love adding almond butter for a delish fall treat. Top with sliced apples, bananas, or pears for the perfect fall snack!
★ ADD: We’re excited for this one. Mix into pumpkin or squash soup, cauliflower rice, or mashed sweet potatoes for an extra boost of antioxidants. We’re also going to try adding to sautéed or roasted Veggies as a sprinkle before serving!
